Reporting a calculation issue

Tell us which mode you used: Grow savings, Savings goal, or Withdrawals. Include the starting amount, target or payment amount, payment frequency and timing, rate type, compounding frequency, and duration. Describe what appeared and what you expected. Use hypothetical amounts where possible; a redacted screenshot or exported example can help.

Keep sensitive information private

We do not need bank account numbers, login details or identity documents to understand a calculator issue. Use invented example amounts if you prefer. Your email service handles the message when you send it; the calculator does not submit a support form or send email automatically.

Privacy and policy requests

For a privacy request, use “Privacy request” as the email subject and describe the correspondence or information concerned. For a question about terms, include the policy name and section. Do not send identity documents with your first message. The Privacy Policy explains verification, applicable rights, and the limits of deleting copies held on your own device or by another recipient.

Accessibility and content concerns

To report an accessibility problem, include the page, device or browser, assistive technology if relevant, and the task that was difficult. For a content or intellectual property concern, identify the page and material involved and explain the correction you are requesting. Share only the information needed to understand the issue.
